Peanut Powder (Verkadalai Podi)


Ingredients of Peanut Powder (Verkadalai Podi)

Peanut (Verkadalai) – 2 cup Roasted and cleaned
Garlic Pods – 20 pods
Red chilly – 1 cup (Roasted)
Grated coconut – ½ cup (Roasted)
Salt add to taste

Methods of Peanut Powder (Verkadalai Podi)

1. Grind all the ingredients to fine powder.
2. Store Peanut Powder (Verkadalai Podi) in an airtight container.
3. Peanut Powder (Verkadalai Podi) is very tasty combination for boiled white rice, idli and Dosa.
