Mint chutney



Ingredients of Mint chutney

Clean andFresh Mint leaves - 1 cup
coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Garlic - 8 pods
ginger - 1 inch pieces
green chilly - 5
lemon juice - 1 tsp
salt - add to taste

Methods of Mint chutney

Grind all the ingredients together in to a smooth paste.
Sprinkle the little water if we need.

Serve mint chutney with hot samosa, urad dal vadai and sandwich.
