RAVA KESARI

Ingredients of Rava Kesari

Roasted Rava - 1 Cup
Sugar - 1 ½ cup
Ghee - ¼ cup
Orange Food color - 1 pinch
Water - 2 cups
Cashew nuts - 50 gms
Salt - 1 pinch

Methods of Rava Kesari

1. Heat pan with two cups of water.

2. After boiled the water add orange food color.

3. Add roasted rava in to the boiled water.

4. Mix well.

5. After boiled rava, add sugar and salt mix well.

6. Add ghee and mix well.

7. Finally garnish the rava kesari with fried cashew nuts.

8. Serve Rava Kesari hot or chill.
