Chicken fry


Ingredients of Chicken fry

Boneless chicken pieces - 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tbsp
Fresh Curd - 1/4 cup
Fennel - 1/2 tsp
Chinnamon Stick - 1/2 inch
Clove - 2 buds
Fried Fennel and pepper powder - 2 tbsp
salt add to taste
oil as required

Methods of Chicken Fry

Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, curd and salt.

After 20 minutes heat the pan with as required oil, add fennel, chinnamon stick and clove.

Then add the marinated chicken pieces in to the oil, fry till it became in golden brown in color.

Garnish the Chicken Fry with Onion and coriander leaves.

Serve hot Chicken fry with any veriety rice.
