Tandoori Masala Powder
Red chilly powder - 1 cup
Coriander powder - 1 cup
Cumin seed powder - 1/2 cup
Garam masala powder - 1/2 cup
Black salt - 1 tsp
Ajinamoto - 2 pinch
Lime salt - 4 tsp
Orange food color - 1/2 tsp
Methods of Tandoori Masala Powder
Add all the above ingredients and mix well.
This is the tandoor masala powder.
Tandoor masala powder used to prepare chicken tandoori, cauliflower Manchurian,chicken kabab
and etc.,.

Peanut Powder (Verkadalai Podi)
Ingredients of Peanut Powder (Verkadalai Podi)
Peanut (Verkadalai) – 2 cup Roasted and cleaned
Garlic Pods – 20 pods
Red chilly – 1 cup (Roasted)
Grated coconut – ½ cup (Roasted)
Salt add to taste
Methods of Peanut Powder (Verkadalai Podi)
1. Grind all the ingredients to fine powder.
2. Store Peanut Powder (Verkadalai Podi) in an airtight container.
3. Peanut Powder (Verkadalai Podi) is very tasty combination for boiled white rice, idli and Dosa.

Garam (Curry) Masala Powder (Podi)
Red chilly – 2 cup
Coriander seed – ¾ cup
Poppy seed – 1 cup
Cumin seed – ½ cup
Aniseed – ½ cup
Methods of Garam (Curry) Masala Powder (Podi)
1. Heat pan and roast all the ingredients lightly.
2. Keep aside let it cool.
3. Grind all the ingredients in to fine powder.
4. Store Garam (Curry) Masala Powder (Podi) in an airtight container.
5. This Garam (Curry) Masala Powder is used to prepare Mutton curry, Potato curry, chicken fry, veg kurma and Banana curry.

Sambar Powder (Podi)
Red chilly – 2 cup
Coriander seed – 4 cup
Bengal gram – ½ cup
Cumin seed – ¼ cup
Black pepper – 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 4 tbsp
Raw rice – ¼ cup
Curry leaves – one hand bunch
Methods of Sambar Powder (Podi)
1. Heat pan and roast all the ingredients lightly.
2. Keep aside let it cool.
3. Grind all the ingredients to fine powder.
4. Store Sambar Powder (Podi) in an airtight container.
5. This Sambar powder is used to prepare Vegetable Sambar, Idly Sambar.
6. Sambar powder’s given execellent Aroma in the Sambar.

Ingredients of All in one Masala Powder (Podi)
Red Chilly – 4 cup
Coriander seed – 2 cup
Bengal gram dal – ½ cup
Ani seed – 1 tbsp
Poppy seed (cus cus) – 1 tbsp
Cumin seed – 1 tbsp
Pepper – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 2 tbsp

Chicken fry
Ingredients of Chicken fry
Boneless chicken pieces - 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tbsp
Fresh Curd - 1/4 cup
Fennel - 1/2 tsp
Chinnamon Stick - 1/2 inch
Clove - 2 buds
Fried Fennel and pepper powder - 2 tbsp
salt add to taste
oil as required
Methods of Chicken Fry
Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, garam masala powder, curd and salt.
After 20 minutes heat the pan with as required oil, add fennel, chinnamon stick and clove.
Then add the marinated chicken pieces in to the oil, fry till it became in golden brown in color.
Garnish the Chicken Fry with Onion and coriander leaves.
Serve hot Chicken fry with any veriety rice.
